Welcome to NKS Garden Design, I am experienced Garden Designer based in St Albans. I am passionate about transforming outdoor areas into beautiful, functional spaces to enjoy all year round.

My journey into Garden Design began at Capel Manor College where I gained a Diploma in Garden and Planting Design. Here I received excellent training and gained valuable skills in horticulture and design. This educational foundation set the stage for my career where I am able to blend my artistic vision, design skills and love for the outdoors.

I design gardens for a wide array of clients, from dedicated gardeners, to those who prefer to sit back and enjoy the serene beauty of their garden. I believe that every garden, whether an expansive country garden or a small courtyard, holds the potential to be a stunning extension to your home for you to enjoy at any time of the year. I tailor each design to meet your unique needs and preferences.

I specialise in both garden design and planting design. Garden design involves carefully planning the layout and zones of your garden to maximize functionality and aesthetic appeal. Planting design focuses on selecting and arranging plants to create visually harmonious spaces.

When I’m not designing gardens I love taking walks with my family and dog, painting and travelling the globe! These activities also provide endless inspiration and fuels my creativity.
